Give progress a smaller scale
Lasting change often begins with a step small enough to repeat and meaningful enough to matter.

A large goal can clarify the direction and still leave the next step unclear. Try describing the change you want to see in an ordinary week, rather than in an ideal future. What would you do differently on Monday?
Choose one action you can repeat. Decide when and where it fits. If it depends on a perfect schedule, make it smaller until it belongs in the life you actually have.
At the end of the week, look at what happened. What helped? What got in the way? What should change next week? Reflection turns the experience into a more informed next step.
